Handling Big Emotions

This is a very unusual time and there is no right or wrong way to feel right now. It's okay to feel your feelings - all emotions are okay! However, sometimes our feelings can get too big for us to handle on our own and that's when we need some help. That's okay, too! Everyone needs a little extra help coping from time to time. Below is a great video that helps explain why our feelings become overwhelming.
