    • Support & Referral Helpline specifically for any Pennsylvanian who is struggling with anxiety or other emotions due to the COVID-19 emergency. The helpline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: 1-800-273-TALK (8255)
    • The helpline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It provides free and confidential support for people in distress, prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones.

  • Crisis Text Line: Text “PA” to 741-741
    • This provides a texting option rather than a phone call. There is a trained Crisis Counselor available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

    • Support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide immediate crisis counseling for people who are experiencing emotional distress related to any natural or human-cause disaster.

    • Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to talk to anyone experiencing domestic violence, seeking information or resources, or questioning unhealthy aspects of their relationship.
