Dr. Eric Seibel

Prior to his current role as Principal of Park Hills Elementary and the district K-12 English as a Second Language Development Coordinator, Dr. Seibel spent eight years as an elementary assistant principal in the Central York School District located in York, Pennsylvania.

Before his administrative career, Dr. Seibel taught English as a Second Language, fifth grade, and sixth grade in the Spring Grove Area School District located in Spring Grove, Pennsylvania over a span of seven years.

Dr. Seibel has also served as an adjunct professor in the education department at York College of Pennsylvania. He taught “Meeting the Instructional Needs of English Language Learners” to undergraduate students.

Dr. Seibel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education K-8 from Shippensburg University with a minor in Geography/Earth Science and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from McDaniel College. Dr. Seibel obtained his Pennsylvania Principal Certificate in 2005. In addition, he holds an ESL Program Specialist title in Pennsylvania that he received from Penn State. Dr. Seibel completed Immaculata University’s doctoral program in 2018.
